Jeannine has worked in a Fortune 500 company for over 10 years. As a production and operations manager she managed international production coordination involving multi-million dollar budgets for high end consumers. After being promoted to higher and higher positions in the company she lacked full job satisfaction. She began to capitalize on her natural talents of being detailed and results oriented. She went on to parlay that into a successful counseling career with the achievement of a Master`s Degree in Counseling. While counseling on the college level, she noticed many of her students were just guessing what they should do in regards to their major and career. She couldn`t imagine why people would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to go to college on a guess. She applied her skills as a counselor to find out just what made people tick and began coaching individuals.
Jeannine is a certified professional behavioral and certified professional values analyst. Jeannine`s capabilities include job benchmarking for succession planning in corporations. Her passion is to bring that knowledge to all those in the corporate environment, to bring about massive change, and empower the individual or team with the understanding of themselves interest wise, behaviorally, and through effective communication.

Jim is a certified teacher and coach, working for over 16 years in a Malcom Baldridge Winning District. Jim is a teacher at heart. He would find it impossible to not share what he learned as a teacher and coach. His expertise is within building teams to championship levels. He was able to pull together a team to win states, something that hadn`t been done for over 25 years. Jim discovered the "secret." He knew much of his coaching intuitively. He began running courses and personal trainings of what he knew. However, he figured that there had to be a shorter way of learning what he just knew inside. Jim realizes that everyone needs a coach to help them identify, calibrate, and take action. Jim has personally coached countless individuals. His satisfaction is derived from individuals and teams reaching their goals and be connected and energized in their life and their work. He is able to help people set better goals and attain them in a more focused fashion. His abilities provide the tools, the support and the structure to accomplish more. With the line blurring between personal and business life, it is difficult to work on one without the other. Jim works with people who are motivated to create a professional and personal life they really want.
Jim has expanded his scope of coaching to the corporate environment. He uses skill building in dialog, listening, feedback and personal coaching and mentoring. Jim employs his vast skill set to bring forth great change and growth in everyone he encounters. Jim`s firm and empathetic style allows his coaching clients to explore their perceived boundaries of their achievement. Bringing an individual to the next level is his goal for every client. He is a master hypnotherapist, master NLP practitioner, and insightful teacher and coach. Jim sees that the biggest obstacle is ourselves.
